Privacy Policy

Plain-English summary of what KiraBoss collects, how we store it, and your choices as a Malaysian user. This page is maintained by the KiraBoss team.

1. Who this applies to

KiraBoss has two types of users:

Free / anonymous users

  • You can use our calculators and document tools without signing in.
  • Calculator inputs are processed in your browser.
  • Some document drafts (e.g. invoice generator) may be saved in your browser’s local storage on the device you’re using.
  • If you clear your browser storage, those drafts may be lost.

Paid / logged-in users (Business Pack)

  • Your business profile, logo, invoices, quotations, receipts and saved documents may be stored in KiraBoss cloud systems so you can access them across devices.
  • You are responsible for checking every document before downloading, sharing or sending it.
  • Please do not upload sensitive personal data unless it’s genuinely needed for your own business use.

2. Data we may collect

  • Name
  • Email address
  • WhatsApp number
  • Business name / display name
  • SSM registration number (if you provide it)
  • Business address (if you provide it)
  • Logo
  • Bank details (if you provide them on documents)
  • Invoice, quotation and receipt details you enter
  • Payment proof details you send us for Business Pack activation
  • Analytics data such as page visits, browser, device type and country

3. How we protect your data

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect user data. However, no website or internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

4. Documents you download or share

If you download, print, send or share a document generated on KiraBoss, you are responsible for how that document is used and shared after it leaves our service.

5. Analytics & cookies

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregated traffic patterns (e.g. which calculators are used most). If/when KiraBoss displays advertising in the future, the provider may use cookies for personalisation; this is not active yet.

6. Data deletion

You may request deletion of your account, saved documents, logo or payment request by contacting KiraBoss support. See our Data Deletion Request page for details.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
