1. Acceptance of terms

By using KiraBoss, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you don’t agree, please stop using the service.

2. Informational tools only

KiraBoss provides calculators and document tools for general informational and productivity purposes for Malaysian users.

3. Estimates only

All salary, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST, personal loan, hire purchase, housing loan and salary growth results are estimates based on the inputs you enter, assumptions, formulas and the references shown on each page.

4. No professional advice

KiraBoss does not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, payroll, investment, employment or business advice. For decisions that matter, please verify important figures with:

• your employer
• your accountant
• your tax agent
• your bank
• EPF / KWSP
• PERKESO / SOCSO
• LHDN
• the relevant Malaysian authority

5. User responsibility

You are responsible for:

• entering accurate information
• checking your results
• checking invoices, quotations and receipts before you use or send them
• deciding whether a document is suitable for your situation
• downloading and keeping your own records
• sharing documents at your own risk

6. Business documents

Invoices, quotations and receipts generated by KiraBoss are templates based on the information you enter. KiraBoss does not verify whether a document is legally, tax or accounting compliant for your specific business.

7. Paid users and storage

Paid users may save invoices, quotations, receipts, logos and business profiles. Storage limits apply based on the Business Pack. Please download and keep your own copies — KiraBoss is not a full accounting system or permanent archive.

8. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your email account and login access secure. Please notify KiraBoss immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

9. Prohibited use

You must not:

• upload illegal, fraudulent or harmful content
• upload malicious files
• misuse KiraBoss to impersonate another business
• attempt to access another user’s data
• attack, scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service
• use the service for fraud, scams or any unlawful activity

10. Service availability

KiraBoss may be updated, changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, KiraBoss, its founders, team members, operators and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, financial, tax, legal, data, reputational or profit-related loss arising from the use of, inability to use, reliance on, downloading, sharing or sending of any KiraBoss calculator result or generated document.

12. Security and data incidents

KiraBoss uses reasonable safeguards to protect user data. However, no online system is completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, KiraBoss is not liable for unauthorised access, data loss, exposure or security incidents caused by user actions, third-party services, internet risks, compromised user accounts, malware, device issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Changes to terms

KiraBoss may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
